The delivery times below are based on our shipping during normal service. Chameleon cannot be held responsible for delays that our outside of our control but we will en devour to do our best to help  wherever we can.

North America

How much does shipping cost? (Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories)

Flat Fee of $6.95 per order.

2 Day Express Shipping $12.95 per order.

All orders are sent via either USPS or UPS.

How much does shipping cost? (Canada)

For up to 1 Ib -$9 - Each five set weigh 1/2 pound.

For up to 2 lb -$15 - The Deluxe Kit weighs two pounds.

For Up to 3 lb and above - $21.

Please be aware that Canada may charge you additional taxes, customs fees and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country, and change periodically. Please consult your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.  

How long does it take to get my order?

If your order is placed by 12PM (noon) EST, Monday through Friday, then it will be shipped out that day; otherwise it gets shipped out the next business day.

For standard shipping we use USPS or UPS (can vary based on the size and weight of the order). Estimated transit time for the continental USA is three to six business days. Express shipping is expected to take 2 business days. Postal service times can vary on where you are located.

Shipping is currently £2.99 per order but orders over £49.99 usually ship free (with the exception of some special offers, which will incur a shipping fee).

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders placed before midday will usually ship same day. This can vary during very busy periods.

Shipments using 3-5 Day Service are normally sent by Royal Mail recorded Post. Orders over £50 are normally sent by DPD and delivered the next working day, provided orders are placed in time.

Can I track my order?

You will be sent the tracking number separate to any email communications from Chameleon, so please check for these first.

Please note: all next day order deliveries are made on working days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed will be delivered next working day. This does not include weekends. 3-5 Day Service deliveries could be received any day when mail is normally delivered.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently AUS$10.95 per order for Parcel Post or AUS$14.95 per order for Express Post.

How long does it take to get my order?

Weekday orders are usually processed within 24 hours of being received. Order received on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will normally ship on Tuesday.

With Parcel Post, from sending of the item, most Metropolitan areas will take up to 5 working days. All other areas can take up to 10 days.

With Express Post, from sending of the item, most Metropolitan areas will take 1 to 3 working days. All other areas can take up to 10 days.

Can I track my order?

Orders are sent by AusPost powered by eParcels. Shipments are trackable and details will be provided.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chameleon Art Products! We work hard to produce the highest quality art products and strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. However, we recognize sometimes you may need to return an item.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus postage and packaging. Returns must be in the original, unopened package. Please contact our customer service department via email at help@chameleonartproducts.com.

Quality assurance is a huge priority for us! If a product is being reported as damaged or faulty, we will immediately research the issue and work toward a timely resolution. If it is determined that the product was not defective, Chameleon will return the item to the customer. If the product is deemed by Chameleon to be defective, a refund for the cost of the product will be provided to the customer, including all postage paid. A proof of postage will need to be provided. To report potential damaged or unusable product, please contact us at help@chameleonartproducts.com.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only process a return for product that has been purchased through our Chameleon online store. To return a product not purchased directly from us, you will need to follow up with the specific retail or online store where the purchase was made. Please be aware that the retail or online store where you shopped may have a different return policy from Chameleon Art Products.

All markets except Australia

We will work with you to issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please make sure the assigned RA# is written very clearly on the outside of the return box.  We will provide a refund in the amount of the purchase price and it will be issued to the original payment method used on your order.

Australia

Once your return has been approved, we will send you an email which will contain a prepaid label which you simply attach to the parcel and take to your nearest Post Office. Once we have received the goods, we will provide a refund in the amount of the purchase price and it will be issued to the original payment method used on your order.
